This is a design sketch I did of another one of Combat's buddies from the Bureau of Superheroes Japan District, a super-fast Sika deer stag who goes by the codename Shinkansen. He was mentioned once in "Class Struggle" and may appear in a future story. Once I finish his bio, I'll post it.
