Matrices Yarn Tail
Tails aren't a special thing anymore it seems like, but this one... Now this one is special.
It is 22-inches long, and 5-inches thick, and it is luxuriously long and soft and sways perfectly. Modeled after my character Matrices' tail. The whole thing is made from yarn! A little over 5 skeins of painstakingly hand-placed yarn.
I requested the tutorial I followed to make it from
Bir and it is very thorough and well put together how-to. This took me all month to make, small bits at a time, and I am so satisfied to finish it!

The feel is different, its a very very soft result, the texture is similar to fake fur but not anything like what is currently available since you can control the length of the yarn segments to some extent. The sway and wag to it is awesome. Its very flexible!
I've nicknamed it "the time pit" though, it literally took me all month to make. I feel like it was worth it though, since now I have an awesome tail I can keep for as long as I want! :D
