Pisces_Kelp wanted a cheesy horror movie poster making for halloween called "The horror of Terror Lake" but Pisces persuaded me not to. so it was called "Night of the Kelpie". He wanted a coupl of screenshots of the Kelpie in question in the typical 'RAAAAR!' monster pose, while doing some mundane and not all that monsterly activities.

One of the screenshots is the kelpie menacingly reading a book.

In the finished poster the screenshots are quite small so I painted them up without any line work, and made things easy for myself by making it a very simple image with simple shading.

Which doesn't explain the why this took about 5 hours to do.
