For my job on the farm, I made this apron from an old 1930s pattern. I increased the width of the chest piece about 3 inches and lengthened the ties in the back but otherwise the pattern was left as-is. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out even though it's not the greatest sewing. The pattern on the beige fabric is little maroon hearts. It's not showing in the picture but I put a soft canvas lining on the opposite side of the apron to make it a little more heavy duty. After awhile I want to sew a few pockets onto the apron.
