Reminds me of my cousin, who is a mma fighter, he had to lose 20 pounds in a week for a title fight :(
his apponent wouldn't meet him half way :S
So my cousin lost the fight :(

nope, you're not allowed to jog, you have to run full speed for the entire time, i bring no water, usually the clothes that i'm wearing end up soaked, completely.
