No I mean, I regonize it as a magic card but back when I played. You only had Enchantments, Lands, Creatures, Instants and Sorcery. And that was it. I see a number below but it's only one digit. If this is a creature card then shouldn't there be two digits? Namely one for the power and the other for the toughness? ^^;
how bout an instant like this; destroy all creatures put a X/X red and green dragon creature token with flying onto the battlefield, were X is number of creatures put into the graveyard this turn.

how bout:
+1 put a 1/1 red and green dragon creature token with flying and devour 1 onto the battlefield under your control.
-2 sacrifice a creature: put a 5/5 red and green dragon creature token with: "sacrifice a creature: put three +1/+1 counters on this creature, it gains flying as long as it has a +1/+1 counter on it" onto the battlefield under your control.
-11 each player sacrifices each non-land permanent he or she controls, put a 5/5 red and green dragon creature token with flying onto the battlefield under your control for each permanent sacrificed this way.
same thing, still overpowered, just more logical and it uses terminology from the game.
