This was supposed to be a part of something bigger. (A ref sheet, actually, and still might be, but idk. He's a bitch to ink. :c)

I think he's always gonna be a WIP character. >.> I've had him for at least three years now, and I still haven't settled on a design. I mean, I have the BASE, but I'm always changing things.
Like this morning, I decided that the inside of his mouth looks a LOT like the inside of a snake's mouth, mainly because of the way he eats. I don't want my Charlie suffocating while working. :c
