Interesting. This and some prior pages makes me wonder just what Gem's real life has been like before we joined the story. What was her actual childhood like? There's more to this we're not seeing yet, and it perks my curiousity.
I do hope she lets some ofthe socialziing lessons carry over into her real life, but in a way that doesn't cause her problems (like the distracted feel she had last time.)

Also, really glad to see that yes, the real Gem is still in there mentally. I was a bit worried that this was going to turn into a battle of personalities, but we're seeing here that no, Gem's just doing as the doc said, running with it. While I know many of the readers would love to see Little Gem always be the one in control, it is a bit reassuring that the real one is still calling the shots.
