It is official. I am a brony. Can any furry escape the charm of My Little Pony? XP Well, regardless, here is my fan-character design. The male unicorn, Midnight Skull.
Born with black fur, he was given the name Midnight. From a young age he had a fascination with the darker side of magic. He did in-depth research into the dark arts, reading any forbidden tome or scroll he could get his hooves on. Through continuous secret research, he discovered how black magic could be used to help other ponies. With the realization of this passion and knowing how to use it, his cutie mark was formed. A dark purple star representing magic embedded in the eye of a skull representing the dark and foreboding nature of his talent. When other ponies saw his cutie mark and learned of his talent, he was seen as a threat and something to be feared and given the new name, Midnight Skull. He desperately tried to put his hard work and tireless training to use to help the other ponies, but none of them would even let him try. He soon opted to leave his home town, placing himself into exile and refusing to re-enter any pony society until he could successfully prove that his black magic could be used for good. Through his self-imposed exile, he had many adventures until he settled in the Everfree Forest outside of Ponyville. The adventures he had and his future is a story for another day...
