No real lore difference, but simply an updated, refined take on the Prince since I felt he could use it! A little more coherent and on-style for the Princedom aesthetic we've settled into, and gosh, what a pretty, pretty boy!
To summarize instead of JUST pointing you back to the original post: Young, fresh from a regency and thus fresh to the throne, source of the Indulgence that afflicts the Princedom but seeming rather unaffected from it (at least asides from the obvious size). Further hampered in regards to rulership by being a meek, academic idealist, whom his court barely respects. Not much influence overall, but he hopes to grow into it and gain the respect and loyalty of his courtiers, to lead the Princedom into a fairer, more enlightened state.
His face (especially the hair) kinda reminds me of Otacon, has a kind of soft bishounen thing going on despite being huge. I find it funny and still deeply cute, so I like it!
