Pacey is a 29 year old koopa troopa living in the mario world. At first glace, she's a normal koopa troopa...until you look at her shell. Of course given the P (while not fully visible at this angle), being hit acts like a P-balloon (depending on the situation, the effect could stack if someone is hit multiple times with it). She has the powers of a koopa troopa. She can use items and power ups. While it can be tricky to manage, if needed, she can hit herself (i.e. she has to throw the shell or just be outside of the shell when hit by it) for the boost to make certain jumps (the tricky part is making sure to catch the shell as quickly as possible after being hit). She enjoys the racing and sporting events of the mario world, though she doesn't participate in them too often currently.
