Hova is a 29 year old wind effigy living in the sonic world, currently on the starfall islands (ouranos island). She's taken up an appearance similar to that of an Ancient, she can alter this on a whim. The outfit is a mix of Fortress and Ghost, she does gain the use of their skills (minus the Ghost's need of a host structure..though hitting her would stop the ring draining). She has the powers of a wind effigy. She can use items. She may not participate in the racing events currently though she does watch.

This character is a redesign and rename (would that be an overhaul) of Ereluas (a character i had originally posted on deviantart almost exactly 6 years ago)
