Wouldn’t it be so nice to have someone be able to make you feel a nice warm hug just by holding a plushie? Or give you pets just by sending you a video of a plushie being pet?

This file gives the listener the ability to designate certain plushies to be ‘phantom touch’ plushies, where any physical touch that plushie receives that would feel pleasant, affirming, or good to experience is one the listener experiences. The file begins with a soft praise based induction that makes the experience of being hypnotized feel extra cozy, paired with some sensations of phantom touch. The file consistently emphasizes the listener’s talent as a subject, and highlights their ability to interpret and experience suggestions in the way that feels best to them. After the induction, the listener is instructed to imagine a plush, and imagine using the phantom touch plushie trigger on it. The phantom touch plushie is pet, stroked and held, and the ability to not experience phantom touches you would not enjoy is practiced when I press on the plushie’s nose until its face distorts and folds in on itself. Finally, the file ends with the listener practicing a trigger to turn a plushie from a phantom touch plushie to a regular plushie before a countup.
