I was going through a pretty rough spot- I asked some friends for ideas and someone suggested drawing Sam as Luigi. I kinda liked the idea and I think it came out pretty okay.
While I don't really play much these days (I think the last game I played to completion was Galaxy 1) I grew up with Mario games and I have a pretty big soft spot for them.
