Over Easter weekend I had no internet access. When I finally got back, I was shocked to learn of the passing of the Major. I always got a kick out of drawing his character Trixie, and in tribute I've decided to again post this drawing he commissioned from me. The Major was a friend I never met, but who always supported me. His loss is felt greatly. God bless you, Major. Rest In Peace, my friend.

This is terribly sad news! Like you, I considered the Major a close friend though we never met, but who always supported and encouraged me.
For my part, pairing at his suggestion his wolf character Ilsa Manchester with my coyote girl Caillie-Ann produced my "Fanny Creek" trilogy, which still gives me great joy.
His loss is hard to bear, but I will cherish his memory
