Don’t fall for it!
Yesterday, on April 6th,
levis8004 tried to scam me. First, he commissioned me (it’s important to mention that he hadn’t looked at my work or price list beforehand and asked me to send them on Discord). Then he asked for my email address and said he was willing to pay $500 for my work! Of course, anyone would be tempted to accept after hearing that, but I already suspected it was a scam, especially since his Fur Affinity account was blocked.
Out of curiosity, I still finished the commission and sent it to him—and that’s when things got interesting. He “sent” $500, and I received an email (shown in the screenshots above). What’s funny is that I usually receive emails in German, since I’m in Germany, but this one was in English. Then he “sent” an additional $300 to supposedly upgrade my account to a business account and demanded that I send it back immediately!
However, I never received any money in my PayPal account, and there’s no way I could have sent him $300 anyway, since my balance is -88 euros ((((
