i should probably, at least for simpler standing poses, draw in leg lines so their height stays consistant.
actually thats a good question - not to you/about your au spesifically but regarding the game universe's physics/logic.
do thingys float above their feet or the ground? at where ever is comfortable id guess. but like, if they're in heels, bringing their feet higher above the ground than normal, does their torso/rest of their body stay where it is (floating from the ground up), or would the rest of their parts float higher to match where their heels are (floating from feet up)?
because one of these is the obivous, logical answer. and the other is really funny if you stuck some thingy in 10inch platform thighhighs XD

personally i see them having "invisible limbs" like the limb is there but you cant see or touch it just for the sake of height and anchor points, so i suppose i would go with the latter of the rest of their body moving to accommodate heels and such, but still able to raise or lower themselves taller/shorter.
the imagery of thingy in 10inch platforms is....extremely cursed ||o-o

yeah thats the reasonable option most ppl go with, probably without thinking cus its just more sensible.
maybe their invisi limbs are similar to the magic sparklies from RM1 when swinging, but are only visible when magically meddled with. id imagine at some point rabbids are gonna figure out how to make technomagic handcuffs to restrain thingys, and maybe those (or similar devices) would cause their limbs to become visible and/or tangible.
