抱佛腳, translating into English directly will be: Hug the Buddha's leg.
Of course it had a deep meaning in Chinese, or Bazs will become a foot person.

In Taiwan, people used this word to call someone start studying for test or exam at the last minute, just like Bazs.
In general, there is no chance Bazs will pass the test. Bazs know this fact, too. But everyone will think about "Even that, it still has a chance to pass if I try harder one night.", something like hoping some miracle happened.

That's why Bazs are going to hug the Buddha's leg. He is pleading with Buddha for miracle.
