Everest used to be a top-level elite boss from an RPG-like game world with monster factions. One day, her species faction was mysteriously deleted from the world, and she was reduced to a low-level grunt elite (imagine a tutorial boss), having to serve other monsters. She was also turned very fat under these mysterious circumstances and lost most of her powers, resorting to pushing and kicking her opponents and losing the overwhelming majority of her battles. She can use her tail to project stuff using the star in it. This is the bare minimum that her species can do with their lantern-like tail. Her degradation has reduced it to a simple portable projector.
