they're were reports of divers towards the coast of Draconia the capital for the Black viper Liberation force, so Shadow went and met with the black viper navy and got suited up once they reach the zone they look for the enemy forces, but instead, they found a ROA patrol. ROA is neutral in the civil war so shadow decided to tail them and listen to their conversation for any intel.
