Who was once a tyrant of the land, threatening the people of the middle lands of corruption, has since been coerced by magical forces to wader deeper into the intoxicating miasma of the land to the city of magic that inhabits the center of the effects. They didn't last long, trying to grip on to the last of their primal ways, being shown more civilized ways to engage with the occupants of the lands, no longer being a threat but now an intriguing sight, and welcome service provider for tired travelers and curious noble men and women
