A character from my Hazbin Hotel AU. Elias, goes by the Birdcatcher, a musical Overlord.
Let's just say, that his personality is.. a lot. Working for him is a trap many young singing birds fell for, when they arrived to Hell. And my girl fell for the same fate.

He's meant to be a harpy eagle, clearly I struggle giving these birds a justice, trying translating them to my art-style.
This portrait was one of the many attempts I've been making into proceeding to rendering straight from the sketch. It's been satisfying seeing improvement in painting skills, although, as per usual, that goes only for monochrome artworks.
Maybe one day I'll try working with colors again, once I feel confident enough.
