Just finished watching the second one piece live action and seeing Dalton again reminded me I always had a crush on him i just love his outfit.

If you don't follow the manga, it's a good time, but if you do follow the manga, you'll notice that the live action took some weird liberties (due to the format of course, but also some characters are different from their manga counterpart (like Luffy is a totally different character)). It's still a good time if you don't take it as a hardcore fan. However the best times in the LA were when they followed the manga to a beat.
I don't know if you've read the manga but if not, as everyone says, stick up to Arlong Park and if you don't like it by then then it's not for you.
