so normally, i keep my deck plans off of furaffinity unless they're furry-related, but recently deviantart has instated a 10-piece-per-week cap on downloads for non-Core users and i could list a number of expletives that would probably get me banned, but i feel VERY strongly against the current administration of deviantart which has been going downhill ever since Wix bought the platform. at first, it was nothing but some constant buggy UI changes nearly every other month, but then they started by pouring every single artist's work into an AI slop subscription service that users can opt-out of, if they bother to read the fine print. now, deviantart is putting caps on user downloads, and it just makes me so mad.
in addition to the constant user drama on deviantart, i've finally moving all of my starship floor plans and turntables to itaku and i've been using deviantart only to contact my polish spaceship guy who writes back every 5 weeks or so but i've been funneling most of my disposable income into.
anyway, itaku is nice because if i make alterations to my floor plans (which happens frequently as i CANNOT leave a flaw unchanged once i spot it, even if it's a single pixel), i can just change the source file without the need to delete and reupload the submission wholesale and alter tags. anyway, i completed the top deck to this ship a day or two ago and i'm moving onto cargo space. i commissioned adamkop to make me a 3D turntable of this ship, but AlienLizard123 provided these lovely orthos so i've been able to develop floor plans for the ship without needing to send adamkop $45 for a dorsal overview.
you can see the fox crew up in the corner, most of them standing at 1.3 meters tall with rainick standing at 1.4 meters. i've made a pair of bedrooms and a restroom on the ship usable by humans, with the in-universe explanation of wolf passengers who are nearly human sized. rabbits and golden eagles also exist in-universe.
i've been kind of bummed out with projects lately, probably should be focusing on real-life stuff at the moment. i get into moods and draw for days and days and then i peter out and lose all interest. i have a pretty big WIP folder that's been foreverial tiedup. please don't hate me.
