Inherited Leon's teeth and Mi-mi's tendency for lighthearted bullying (of Leon specifically)

Adore the shading here. There's so much detail packed into the shading, ESPECIALLY in the background, yet does not overpower the light soft pastels of the overall image, creating a really comforting early Sunday morning atmosphere.
The slight blur of the background really draws the overall focus to the main three here, and Leon's face practically in the middle of the image surrounded by the halo of the sun draws your attention directly to him, leading down to Mi-mi, which pulls your view directly to the cause of his anguish.
I can so easily imagine their morning routine and Leon's gentle but firm redirecting (and maybe a trip to the store for a lion-hybrid appropriate teething toy)
