Oara has been around since 2002-03. Some of you will know her as Kittywings, the name she adopts when exposed to earth. Here though you see her in her original species form. On her home planet this is how she would appear. She is the Hallmark of what comes before Biorave and her ghost lingers through out the Biorave age afterword. She is the last of her kind, the last light of an ancient race that did so much good. Her character personifies this and her death leave an everlasting impact on the galaxies for those that are aware and not aware of her life. More on her found here.
