❌ DO NOT TRACE, REPOST, HEAVILY REFERENCE, RECOLOUR OR SELL MY ARTWORK FOR ANY REASON. ❌🐶🐺I experience bursts of paranoia that have a significant impact on my daily life, caused by my anxiety and my PTSD symptoms. It's a confusing, frustrating mess to navigate.. and, to try and capture part of how I feel when it kicks in, I created this artwork during the height of this most recent spiral. I made it to give myself an outlet for my feelings as well as to keep myself busy. I created it based around my fears of being watched, as well as my feelings of always needing to live up to societal expectations. I've had a lot on my mind lately.. and making this has helped me to get some of that stress out. I might end up making this a series actually! I really enjoyed making it and am extremely happy with the outcome. 🐺🐶
