Apollo was once part of the Yoruhasu clan but after a failed mission where he got abandoned and captured, he became a prisoner to the Crimson guard where he was facing execution. He got put in a cell with a 3 Kage-hagane ninjas. (rival clan) two were in the corner in front of a injured snake Ninja with a wound to the side, he offered to helped and two Ninjas freezed and realized they had nothing to lose allowed him to but we're watching him closely. Apollo healed the snake with restoration healing that the Yoruhasu clan masterd. The kage hagane clan were great full and told them to stick close to them at all time beacuse they were going to escape.

They manged to escape and when it was time to split Apollo decided to stay with Kage Hagane ,and the snake he rescued whose name was Shadow later became the leader of the Kage-hagane clan after the old leader was killed in battle against the Crimson guard. Which Shadow first move as leader was to promote Apollo and later on use Apollo to bring peace with the Yoruhasu and help form the shadow blades alliance with the four ninja clans
