Since I've been asked a few times, I felt it was time to explain Wind's left arm.

At the age of 7, Wind's parents were killed by a Shadow beast, and she was chased off a cliff. She fell 50 feet, hitting pine trees on the way down, and landed on her left arms, breaking it in 5 places.

Fortunately, a friend Healer, a anthro Dragon known as Natalia, or "Mama Dragon" (More on that later), heard her fall from her cottage, found her, and healed her.

Wind's arm was amputated mid-bicep. Mama Dragon attached a nerve coupling to the stump, to which the the metal bones were attached to.

In order to control the arm, and so that she could feel things, Mama Dragon made, and installed a synchronized harmonic crystal. Essentially, it mimics the muscles control and nerves of her existing arm. All except for cold and heat.

To protect the arm, there's a layer of mihtril chain-mail, that's enchanted to be water proof (Wind is part otter after all). On top if the chain-mail, is a layer of inter-changeable metal plates made from indestructible metal made from a meteor.
