Part of the retrieval squad, Unit 681 is one of the few who can actually think for itself. A robot of the most interesting type, 681 has been known to give commands, including the ability to incase slimes within is chassie, keeping them secure until they reach their destination. However, this can be complicated as various slimes have taken over Unit 681 in rather unique ways, from entering its mouth and melding with its body to encasing the unit itself and taking on its appearance. While not malicious, this has lead to the unfortunate debate of whether or not Unit 681 should need a complete reboot, as it has displayed a rather surprising interest in sexual activities.
