High time I posted something, anything, again!
You may recall my Aunt Anita, not an official auntie, but a great friend of Mama McMal. She's stayed very fit and strong into old age thanks to a special tea her friend Foo Lin the water buffalo supplies. In fact, when I was little, she used to exercise with me while sitting me on the bar as we both did curls! How do you like that?
