Tristan is an anthro cat with pitch black fur and silver eyes. He's on the shorter side, and usually wears browline glasses with a casual light gray buttoned shirt, dark blue jeans, and a dark brown bomber jacket. He also usually has a gray shoulder bag he can carry his things in. In settings where anthros tend to wear footwear, he'll either wear tennis shoes or sandals.

He's generally quite shy around others, but he's open to making friends, being quite friendly when you get to know him. He enjoys writing, usually having a notebook or word processor he can write with on his person. He mainly works as a reporter, but he also writes short stories, and hopes to write novels as well.

He has a fascination with shrinking, even having written about it in plenty of his stories. He doesn't generally talk to others about this fascination, getting a bit flustered when it ever comes up.
