Height: 3'7" / 110 cm
Jupiter is a Raichu who is about a foot taller than average, and is a guild member. His late father was a high-ranked explorer, and he wants to live up to him, though he’s more arrogant than his father was, and mostly thinks about how things will benefit himself. He considers Neko to be his rival, and tends to taunt and antagonize him, even though Neko wants nothing to do with this “rivalry.”
He tends to eat a lot, resulting in him being on the chubbier side, though still with a fair amount of muscle. He sometimes pats his belly like a drum when he’s bored. Due to how strong he is, and his father's rank in the guild, he tends to overestimate his skills, which sometimes lands him in trouble. This doesn’t stop him from rubbing his accomplishments in others’ faces, though.Here's another Pokémon OC, specifically one to act as a rival for Neko, in any scenarios that might call for that.
