Meet Kiwnik Lutra, the Kushtaka Incarnate. 🦦
Kushtaka is a cryptid, the shapeshifting half-man half-otter of Alaska and Tlingit folklore, making him a Native American monster. He haunts human beings and fatally seizes them by capsizing or jumping onto boats as they cross into the icy rivers.
Kiwnik Lutra is the Native Patrian tribesman who adores the playful sea otters and northern river otters (but he has never seen giant river otters yet), and he has befriended Vic from a different tribe (and Vic later became the Sasquatch Incarnate). He joined the Civil War in Beyond the Sacred Beasts and enlisted to become one of the Incarnates. Their aptitude is "tranquility", so he earned him the soul of legendary Kushtaka, as he has a matching connection with Kiwnik's strong willpower and strong aptitude.
With Kustaka's beastly body and power of rapid surfing, rapid diving, and absorbing electricity from the heavens, Kiwnik joined Raymond's platoon and became the renowned stormcatcher, shapeshifter, and water and lightning manipulator through his balanced experience. He became Vic's descendant as the time went on.
