To delay the reborth of the old one, Ishrath was marked by her birth. Ones 13 Vessels and reincarnations bound the old one, banishing him beyond the veil. But the Ritual became a legend, then a myth. And as the others dwindled, and only she remained - all the damn souls and old bindings rested on her. Driving her insane. Yet, the souls whisper vile necromantic Spells into her ears, prolonging her life and so, the rebirth of the old one.
Should she die, the old one will be reborn into existence and reap what he has sewn, just to repeat the cycle.
