Finally posting a proper ref for Jess! Basically my mascot/me if i could be a cute dragon (female version)
This one has been a while coming. Over the years I have done drawings of Jess to eventually put into a ref, which i finally got to put together not to long ago. Honestly getting the image small enough to upload to FA should not have been as difficult as it was, so the image quality is a bit lower than the actual ref. Maybe i will post the individual parts at some point for a better look.
Not to much to say other than her being a goddess of wonder who grants wishes. A bit shy but also quite friendly. I'll update her ref if i think of any other information to add, but this will be good for the basics. She really is everything Love as a character, Cute stuff, Blue with a bit of gold, Twintails hair style, Fluffy dragon, and lots of sparkles for a starry theme. Just to cute and adorable~ Fun fact is that her humanoid design came first, based off of the general vibe of Vtuber models and then got a proper dragoness designs when I got a good colour palet for her body.
