Had a pain flare up, but i'm still in good spirits. Yesterday was hard, today feels a little sluggish and crap but not as bad.
Sometimes you need to listen to your body when it gives you all the warning signs, I didn't and I ended up hurting more. Fibromyalgia and localised Chronic Pain can be tricky.
But, still in a good mood and sleep is helping a little, the weather has been nice and the breeze is welcoming. So I think i'll be okay. <3
