Looks frail yet is especially terrifying in her power. She's not cruel, she just has no patience for any nonsense, and mostly knows where and when to use her powers and doesn't terminate people just because she can.
(If she was a teacher in school teaching teens, and some of them were talking out loud and disturbing her, she would basically use her powers to turn the loudest teen’s face inside out and back without causing permanent damage, but just to show everyone that shut up or else.)
