Little tip with hands, you can think of the palm as a pentagon, and each individual finger segment between joints as rectangles/cylinders. Ring and Fore fingers are about the same size, and the pinkie and thumb are about the same size as well. That can help with scaling, should you need it. But, this looks pretty good, heh.
