- damnit, this is what i get for being a slow lore-writer. now i feel awkward over my own plans - i too planned to give Rayman his own dream-nightmare hybrid thingy babies X'3 oh well, there's not a lot of hard, consistent lore on this series to work from in the first place so i guess this is a common occurrence.

ive only know what a rayman is since like... mid-late january this year. and ive already got multiple paragraphs to sort out so i can post them into my HyperAU. i think the big problem is Rayman_(franchise) has SO much potential and can be taken in SO many different directions, and the actual lore - both offical and scrapped - is so inconsistant its just sidfkadsjfadsfj and so everyone is just left to fix the worldbuilding on their own because offically all we have is a giant pile of sticky notes it feels like QwQ *more banging head on table*

And yeah I def get what you mean, it's certainly one of the more malleable franchises leaving open holes for everyone QwQ but people have been kind to my ramblings so far so at least the canon police haven't found me yet lol
If you feel overwhelmed, I def recommend writing chunks down even if they're random and combine them properly later, it helps me sometimes from brain overload lmao

yeep! thats what i doo~ the only hard part is the combining/fixing ;>m< but theres not much to do for that but... do it TT^TT i missed a lot of schooldays and was never good at bookreports or essays, so trying to write kinda anything "properly" is really really hard.
for a lot of stuff i just let it stay as jot notes, since theres often not much gain from fixing it into proper sentances. and i've learnt to let the writing come out less like im trying to write schoolwork, and more like my daydreaming rambles cus i tend to pace and talk out loud while i do that cus i have no inner monologue. so my AU enteries slowly have morphed into being 2000 word long comments XD like this one oops-
