This is Rain clan's star clan guide Blizzard Mane.
In life she was the medicine cat of the now destroyed Marsh clan serving under Bright Star.
She died during a storm that swept away Marsh clan camp and many of its members.
The remaining members of marsh clan scattered to the four winds becoming rouges, loners, kitty-pets and barn cats.
Years later Blizzard Mane would use some of her remaining star clan power to walk in the dreams of her clans descendants looking for suitable cats to reinstate the clans in the area.
She didn't have much luck as many cats didn't believe in star clan anymore so her and the other dead cats power was beginning to fade so too did their ability to fade with the living cats.
She was beginning to loose hope when she stumbled across Tate a young kitty-pet with much potential including the ability to see but not hear the faded star clan ghosts.
with her power fading by the day blizzard mane taught Tate all she could about herbs in hopes that even if the star clan cats faded the medicine cat way of life wouldn't.
one day she found she found she could no longer muster the strength to walk in her apprentices dreams.
But one day a log carrying a cat washed down stream said cat was Rain Fish a warrior hailing from river clan one of the clans that marsh clan branched off from orriginally.
with what little power her faith in star clan granted them they pooled their power together to pull the log ashore saving her at the cost of a few of their members fading away entirely.
The faded cats energy rejoined back into the natural world to be recycled into new life.
Star clan had little power left at this point but with Rain Fish asking around about the ghost cats that had previously appeared in the marsh prior to her arrival they gained just enough energy for their last hurrah.
Bright star manifested himself one night while Rain fish, Dusty and Tate where ghost hunting.
He led them to the territory's star clan conduit the moon falls.
There the star clan cats where able to commune with the three living cats properly.
They told the story of the clans downfall and how faith in star clan had slowly been fading in the area.
They asked the three to form a clan once more and Rain Fish now Rain star agreed
Blizzard mane granted Rain star a life for hope, wanting the silver she cat to use it to inspire all those who chose to follow her.
in the end after reuniting with Tate once more Blizzard Mane and the other star clan cats disappeared back into the realm of stars as the night ended and the sun rose.
