Your vent-art is arguably some of your best artwork in my opinion, but that's just my opinion -- I happen to really like dark artwork because of the emotional state of dark awe that they bring; it's lowkey exhilarating for me :>
I also find a similar fascination and deep sense of awe with Renaissance and Baroque artwork as well as those Eastern-Orthodox religious icons, too - if you ever want to try something new art-wise, you could try experimenting with creating artwork in those styles, too (it'd be really interesting to see what you come up with) :>
