For a brief moment during the day. Just as the sun is setting and the moon rises, both can be seen in sky. This time is know as the blue hour. It is this time, that the dragon of the sun and the dragon of the moon can meet. Though their time together is brief, the two dragon know they will meet again soon. For the Sun will rise again, just as the moon will set.
