...another art challenge character that I can't remember the prompt form... I think Storm, but not sure. Anyway this is Remy, a storm ram. She is kinda standoffish and doesn't really like people. Her emotions are normally subdued and connected to the storm-like clouds on her head and tail. The higher her emotions get, the more electicity starts to form.
