With spare time to relax from work, Rex originally had no plans for the whole week off, but after a suggestion from his close friend and costume supplier gave him an opportunity that he couldn’t pass up. Getting to be one of the heroes from the Mushroom Kingdom again was going to be fun, and the new addition of a ‘power-up’ would add some more flair to his transformation. Just how would it work? And what would he look like?

Themes in this series include muscle growth, weight gain, age progression, and superstardom.

Here is the 6th image of the sequence. The cycle of familiarity returned as the changes repeated their morphs. The face having bluer, richer eyes, while the tomato nose and black mustache grew to wider, more cartoon-like proportions. Yet the biggest changes was the best, his gut as layers of fat caked its way on to his middle, bloating his figure to a more spherical shape. As the gut grew, the muscles in turn grew to match, complementing the rotund belly with more strength. With the changes to his body stopped, Rex summoned the fireball to his hand, it roaring to a larger size, making Rex smile intensely as he looked at the amber flames.
