Creating a simulation for your animatronic ai pal showing where she came from without warning of the true story might not have the positive effect that you intended. Even after editing the old designs a bit to fit the modern times a bit more, that origin story can still do quite a good amount of damage. Might just offend them enough to not only want to not be related to it, but also possibly trap you in the same simulation until they can forgive you for it.
