Kabuto appeared to Seth who near death proposed to make a deal with him. He was appaled that he was Deliah's son and almost left him to perish. However his nurse told him this could work both ways, perform surgery on her son as payback and because she owed him.

After performing Pamp Beast blood transfusion Kabuto offered Seth a choice of either his soul, organs or emotions as payment for the operation. Seth gave away some of his emotions to pay for the transfusion, to make it official Seth signed a medical and they shook hands making the deal official.
Kabuto was pleased that now he has records of Seth and has pleased expression knowing he operated on the one person he blames for ruining his life.
