After being transformed into a shiny Watchog, Groo finds himself helping out with a water safety presentation for the first time.
Unfortunately it seems no-one told him to just motion the action of pulling the ripcord during this part of the presentation, and not to actually pull it!
That Bibarel mascot suit is already looking very poofy all hugged around him.. and that jacket looks set to puff out things even more, as it brings to sssssss with its incoming inflation!

Oh he doesn't have to worry about that! As a Watchog his body's stripe have an illumination ability... Infact his stripes are all ready illuminating!
He can't control it when he wears something over, they illuminate as strong as they can to always be visible (whether he wants to or not!)
Was probably why he was suggested to be the instructor/mascot for the evening water safety presentation!

I love the choice of expression, and I can certainly see his mind racing as he pulls the ripcord with a thought of "wait... was I actually meant to pull the ripcord? On plane safety presentations they only motion to where to pull..."
