Ladies and those I haven't got to yet! Welcome to the results for my 1000+ Followers Fanfiction Contest! Thank you all for coming. In celebration of the occasion you all will receive the gift of my glorious presence, revealed here for the first time. Hopefully I haven't spoilt the "mystery".
It has been a long road to get here, but I can't wait to reveal to you the winner! Before I do though I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your kind words and support over the last few years. I never imagined I'd still be at this all this time after I first posted, and nor could I have imagined all the kind and supportive comments and follows you share with me whenever I post. I am humbled and grateful, truly. This is a wonderful community of misfits, and I love you all dearly.
I know you are all here for the contest so I'll move the show along quickly. We had some great entries, so my thanks to everyone for taking the time to write and share their work. Honestly, they were all fantastic, and picking only one as a winner was super difficult. You all did so well, and truly captured my imagination. Congratulations! It was a a very close run contest, and each of the entries was in line for the prize at some point, but when I sat down to finally make a decision, this is the one that I kept coming back to. It was brilliantly written, wonderfully sexy, and really made me take notice of the world and the characters. My congratulations to Raibre for the hard work and excellent writing. I'll be in touch about the free commission (my first one ever!) in short order!
Please send some love to all the entrants and their stories. They were all phenomenal. I wish I could give them all a prize, but I'd be here forever. At the very least I can encourage you to read and favourite them!
I may well run this contest or another like it again if I ever reach another milestone... 2k maybe? I'm already at 1.2k, so it may not take that long, especially if you all continue to share my work around.
I genuinely can't thank you all enough for the support. I got all emotional the other day reading your kind comments, and even now looking at the stories you wrote based on my art, I can't help but feel very honoured. There's some real talent in this community, so please continue to do great things, and share with me art and stories that fire the imagination. I look forward to continuing to enjoy my furry girls with you all in the future.
