Abilities: Ryder has training in general self-defense, is physically stronger and more durable than most ordinary folk, thanks to his training, working out, and draconic physiology. He is also proficient in a number of firearms and keeps one on his person for the more extraordinary circumstances.

Weaknesses: Even though he is just as mortal as anyone else as much as a dragon can be, he still puts others first and will do everything he can to protect the people he is responsible for, friends included, even if that means throwing himself into danger without a second thought.

Personality: Ryder is kind, loyal, and sometimes stoically serious, but can also be fierce at times, especially if someone threatens one of his friends or the safety of guests at Club Ocean. But any good grace or intention of cooperation might go out the window if those he cares about are hurt.

Background: Ryder is a native of the region in which Coast City was built, though his family/bloodline is not. He came to Coast City to seek job opportunities at some point, eventually meeting Samuel and developing a solid friendship with his fellow dragon. This would lead him to being hired at Club Ocean as a security guard and bouncer, both of which he took to with no small hint of passion. In time, this would in turn lead him into becoming a member of the friend group Samuel has, including Etrian, the Forrest siblings, Trent, and Galentine. But his own group of friends would expand as well, proceeding to include just about every other member of Club Ocean's staff, including but not limited to Lambert, Benjamin, and Hugo.

But when supervillains started to become a problem and in wake of a certain incident that saw Ryder, West, and some of those friends whisked away to a distant and dangerous world, he started to carry a firearm.
